Under sustainability and climate justice criteria, the aim is to question the previous growth-, record- and technology-fixated, sometimes nature- and body-dominated lifestyles, cultures and structures in sport and society, to 'disarm' them if necessary and to change them sustainably in the sense of a sufficiency culture.

For example, we research the possibilities and acceptance of alternative forms of sport and develop scenarios that do not follow the paradigm of 'citius, altius, fortius'.
