Dr Tinusch Jalilvand is a lawyer at the Munich-based sports law firm Martens Rechtsanwälte. His interests and activities focus on human rights protection (including child protection) and data protection in sports. Tinusch Jalilvand wrote his dissertation on the "Interpretation of Freedom of Expression on the Internet". As a lecturer, he teaches inter alia in the certificate programme "Sustainability Management in Sport and Sports Business" of the German Football League (DFL), the Sponsors GmbH and the Leuphana University Lüneburg on legal topics, including supply chain management in sport.                           
He is also a certified data protection officer with a focus on sports.
Tinusch Jalilvand is an active competitive athlete and a middle- and long-distance runner.
