After working for a sports agency and a social enterprise in the coffee sector in Munich, he recently completed his Master's degree in Sustainable Business Management at the HNE Eberswalde. His interest and research focus is on the alternative economic model of the common good economy.

Sebastian is the first chairman of the booster club and serves as managing director on the executive committee of the think tank sportainable.
